Again, since I'm doing this after the fact, posting about what we "could" do is a little late :) BUT, this is what I had posted about my Pictionary idea on my website when we were in the brainstorming process:
"Play a game of Pictionary online using web 2.0 tools. We can incorporate multiple tools to complete this task-- we'll need a program to create the drawings (I'm thinking google docs), a program where we can communicate in real time at least with audio, but maybe video too, and some way of recording the whole process."
