I would have just given Picasa the normal two thumbs up, but after having to deal with some of the other sites for creating files... I've decided Picasa gets way more thumbs up than the usual (see other blog entries about
Audio and
Video uploading to understand why). First of all, it's super easy to download the Picasa photo managing program and create an account. Then Picasa AUTOMATICALLY updates every time you add a photo to your computer... but DOESN'T automatically upload it to the web albums (at least if you don't want it to.. which is good for me, as I sometimes take random screenshots for various reasons-- ones that no one really needs to see other than me). And embedding was a cinch! All you have to do is click "Link to this album" and copy the embedding code. SUPER EASY!! I highly recommend Picasa to anyone looking for a way to organize your photos AND publish them.. get it all in one program!
